Maintenance service terms
1、 Service object:
The service contents specified in the after-sales service terms are applicable to high-voltage AC servo products, low-voltage AC servo products, hybrid servo products, closed-loop stepping products, digital stepping products and all-in-one machine products purchased in the Chinese market through Ruichi and its authorized legal channels.
2、 Service items:
1. Warranty period: 24 months; Motor: 18 months.
During the warranty period, if the product has non-human failure, we will provide warranty service for you. Please contact the business personnel and fill in the maintenance application form (main information such as product model, serial number, fault description, special requirements, etc.) and send it to the maintenance center of our company. We will complete the maintenance within the maintenance cycle and send it back to you.
The warranty period is generally calculated according to the barcode management scan delivery time as the delivery time (if the customer can provide accurate proof of the delivery time, it can also be used as the delivery time).
2. Exchange:
Within 3 months from the date of delivery, if the product has non-human failure, we can replace the product of the same model for you.
3. Lifetime maintenance:
We will provide customers with lifelong maintenance services. For the defective products that are within the warranty period but do not meet the warranty conditions or exceed the warranty period, we provide paid maintenance services. After the customer confirms to accept the maintenance expenses of the products, we arrange the maintenance of the products. However, for products that have been discontinued, or lack of maintenance materials, or returned products that are too seriously damaged and have no maintenance value, maintenance services cannot be provided.
4. Maintenance cost:
1) The products within the warranty period shall be repaired free of charge for non-human faults;
2) For products beyond the warranty period or artificially damaged, we will charge the cost, labor and freight of components according to different models and damage degrees; The specific cost shall be quoted to you by the business personnel;
3) Freight: the freight of products within the warranty scope shall be borne by our company one-way, and the freight of products not within the warranty scope shall be borne by the customer;
3、 No free warranty:
1) Product failure caused by fire, flood, earthquake and other force majeure factors;
2) Damage caused by improper installation or use by the customer;
3) Product failure caused by disassembly, maintenance or modification of products by personnel not authorized by lesai;
4) Products purchased through non direct sales or authorized legal channels;
5) The product code cannot be recognized due to tearing, alteration or other reasons;
4、 Maintenance process:
1) Maintenance application: the customer sends the maintenance products together with the maintenance application form to the corresponding Ruichi maintenance center according to the different types of products;
2) After receiving the repair products, Ruichi will confirm whether it is a chargeable repair. If so, Ruichi will contact the customer for a repair quotation;
3) Arrange maintenance and return it to the customer within the maintenance cycle. Maintenance cycle is defined as the total number of working days from the day when the company receives the returned products from the customer to the day when the maintenance is completed. During the maintenance of Ruichi maintenance products, business personnel will contact the customer to confirm relevant information. If the information reply is delayed due to the customer's reason, the maintenance cycle will need to be extended accordingly.
5、 Instructions to customers
1) Please try to back up the program parameters before sending for repair, because the program parameter settings may not be retained after repair.
2) As our products are precision electronic products, customers should pay attention to safe and reliable packaging and transportation when returning products, so as to avoid more serious damage caused by transportation. It is recommended that customers apply for transportation insurance. Our company will not compensate for losses caused by transportation or other irresistible reasons during transportation. Please understand.
3) If the customer doesn't receive feedback within one week after sending the repair parts, please call the corresponding business personnel to avoid losing the repair parts during transportation.
4) The final interpretation right of the terms of service belongs to Wenzhou Ruichi electromechanical Co., Ltd.
